Linden Homes will shortly be planning a special VIP launch to mark the arrival of The Old Orchard at Charlton Marshall near Blandford. But once these homes are released this summer, demand is expected to be high.
When a high demand is predicted, Linden Homes recommends you register your interest as early as possible. As well as receiving an invitation to the VIP launch, you will be kept up to date with the build process and be notified when homes are available to reserve.
The Old Orchard is being built in this lovely Dorset village. It will consist of just 21 new homes including 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes (including five bungalows). The building work has been carried out to carefully preserve the original apple orchard, which will be a focus for the finished development.
Charlton Marshall is well connected for easy access to Bournemouth, Salisbury and Dorchester. Going south, you can easily reach the coast (Poole is 20 miles and Bournemouth is 30 miles away). Going north on the A350 you reach the M4 connecting you to London, Swindon, Bristol and Wales.
The Old Orchard is being created on the western edge of the village, next to the old Somerset and Dorset railway line, which is now a trail way for walkers and cyclists.
