Developer To Build Almost 500 New Homes Across Midlands Region

Linden Homes Midlands has announced plans for almost 500 new homes across its operating region – following local authority approval of several exciting schemes.

Work on the new homes is scheduled to start early next year, and will build on Linden Midlands’ existing presence in Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Leicestershire.

Planning permission for a total of 491 homes has been granted at the following locations:

• Burton Latimer, Northampton. With an already strong presence in Northamptonshire following the launches of existing developments in Higham Ferrers, Brackley and Burton Latimer, a further 199 new homes will be built off Higham Road.
• Biddenham East, Bedfordshire. A development of 101 new homes will be located on Bromham Road further expanding Linden Homes’ collection of new homes across Bedfordshire. Existing developments in Great Denham and Dunstable are already proving popular.
• Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Oxley Park will be the location for 131 new homes – with Linden being complimented by the planning committee on its engagement with the local community and the high quality contemporary design of the scheme.
• Hamilton, Leicestershire. A total of 60 new homes are planned - subject to the completion of Section 106 Agreement as part of Linden’s planning obligation to the local authority. These new homes will increase Linden Homes’ presence in Leicestershire as an addition to the existing sites in Whetstone and Sapcote.
