Developer Is Creating A Buzz In Bedfordshire With New Homes Sold Off Plan
26 Nov 2015

With a number of new homes having already been snapped up from the drawing board, Linden Homes Midlands is continuing to create a buzz at its two new Bedfordshire developments.

Many more home hunters have registered their interest in the schemes at Kaleidoscope in Dunstable and at Portfolio in Great Denham, where some homes will be ready to move into for Christmas.

And as an additional festive treat, show homes at each of the developments are now open, giving visitors the chance to see just what is on offer from the award-winning house builder.

The 111-home Portfolio development in Westford Village, Great Denham will comprise a selection of one and two bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom maisonettes, coach houses and family homes.

The wonderful four-bedroom Biddenham housetype is the development’s impressive show home, a splendid detached family home with open plan kitchen/dining room, spacious lounge with glazed doors leading to the rear garden and two ensuite shower rooms.

Meanwhile, a further 109 homes are being built in the market town of Dunstable, with the Kaleidoscope development (located next to Central Bedfordshire College) offering a mix of two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom coach houses and three and four-bedroom homes in terraced and semi-detached styles.

The development’s show home, the four-bedroom Moulton design, enjoys a large kitchen, open plan living/ dining area with bay windows, a spacious upper lounge and en-suite to the master bedroom.

Both developments are ideal commutable locations, with excellent road and rail links to major nearby centres like Bedford, Luton and Milton Keynes.

And by registering early and reserving from plan, home hunters can reap the many benefits including:

  • Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
  • Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms
  • Choosing preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
  • Choosing preferred kitchen units and worktops
  • Having a blank canvas from which to plan a new home
  • Lower utility bills and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer
  • New materials used in the construction process also mean that new homes are more energy efficient than their older counterparts.
  • 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection
