'Considerate Constructors' Awarded At The Copse

Builders don’t always have a reputation for being considerate, but Linden Homes is pleased to have changed this misconception at its new homes development in Ogwell, Newton Abbot.

The company has won a silver award for The Copse at Ogwell Brook at the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) National Site Awards 2015.
Designed to make those on site aware of their impact on others, the CCS commits those contractors to be considerate and good neighbours, as well as safe, clean, respectful, environmentally conscious, responsible and accountable.

Robin Palmer, Linden Homes’ senior site manager at The Copse, has worked with his assistant site manager, Mike Pugh and his team to ensure the development meets the scheme’s high standards.

Nigel Palmer, managing director of Linden Homes said: “We are absolutely thrilled that we’ve won an award and that’s testament to Robin, Mike and the team’s hard work and commitment.

“Winning a national award is an exceptional achievement, and recognises those sites that have made the greatest contribution towards improving the image of construction.”

There is now only one spacious four bedroom detached home available at The Copse, located in a beautiful woodland setting.
