A window of opportunity has opened for buyers to save up to £99,750 in stamp duty on a luxury house at Heath Wood, in the West Sussex village of Felbridge.

Off-plan buyers Chris and Shelley Sills bought their house through Part Exchange, and Shelley said: “We part-exchanged, which was useful; it would have made it much more complicated without having part exchange.
