Linden Homes has just opened its beautiful new show home at Orestone View in Goodrington, on the outskirts of Paignton.
The show home is dressed in a seaside palette of turquoises, blues, warm reds, creams and whites, while chic white furniture adds to the fresh beach-style look.
The attractive three bedroom split level show home features a stylish kitchen/dining area, wc cloakroom and living room with double doors that open onto the garden. Upstairs there is a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom.

It was important that the show home looked like it was near the sea but our challenge was to ensure the seaside theme was subtle. The end result is just wonderful, we’re thrilled with the final look and hope it will inspire visitors.”
With views of the Ore Stone in the bay, Orestone View will feature a range of two bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four bedroom homes in a traditional seaside setting. The development of 100 contemporary homes will be built to a high specification.
Located in Goodrington, there are three beaches, a park and boating lake, local shops, leisure facilities, two primary schools and even a station on the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway.
