AFTER calling on business students to create the name for its new Huntington development – Linden Homes is now giving savvy customers to snap up a home in time for this summer!
Work has just started on the Saxon Gardens development in the town’s California Road – adjacent to Huntingdonshire Regional College, whose students came up with the site name and branding.
The Year 2 students followed a brief from the Linden Homes, and a group of creative youngsters used the hands-on task to gain valuable experience as part of their studies.
The Saxon Gardens brochure – to be used as a major marketing tool to sell the 180 new homes - is currently in progress, and the college will be able to see the final version – featuring the winning logo - in the coming weeks.
Meanwhile, the development has created a buzz locally and potential purchasers can now register their interest in the site before its official launch later this spring.
Linden Homes will be creating a property portfolio of two, three and four-bedroom homes – following on from the sell out success of its neighbouring YES! development at St Ives.
By registering early potential buyers will be the first to know when the brochure is produced, prices for the homes are released and have first pick of the homes available.
Buying off plan also presents many benefits. Contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, energy efficiency fittings and a 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection are among the many advantages, as well as:
- Selecting a plot with a sought-after south facing garden
- Choosing their preferred taste in bathroom wall tiles
