Be Seen, Stay Safe - Linden Homes Hand Out Fluorescent Freebies To Youngsters

WHILE the dark nights are still with us for a few weeks to come, developer Linden Homes is extending its health and safety message to local youngsters.

The company, which is currently building in and around Oakham and Leicestershire, will be handing out dozens of hi-visibility wristbands to schools and youth/ community clubs in the area.

The fluorescent freebies, which can be easily flipped over the wrist or ankle during walking or cycling too and front school, are designed to make children more visible to other road users.

Linden Homes’ sales director Steve Garton said: “These are great little gadgets for kids, which can be easily put on and taken off and stored in book bags or rucksacks when not in use. Health and safety is of course a major priority for us as a house builder, and any advise and support we can offer our local community is great.”
