Award-Winning Developer Builds Up Its Sales Team Around The Region

BUILDING on the success of the past 12 months – award-winning Linden Homes is gearing up for 2014 with a number of new sales appointments.

Having recently been awarded the industry accolade for Large Housebuilder of the Year, Linden Homes staff and directors were in reflective and celebratory mood at the company’s recent sales conference.

During the event, held at the Haycock Hotel in Peterborough, sales director Chris Roads welcomed a number of new additions to the growing sales team.

They are:

• Louise Nicholls - who is based at the Orchid development at Oakham
• Gary Cranfield - The Gallery, Milton Keynes
• Alex Buttle - White Willows, Peterborough
• Dawn Bailey – Bluebell, Bingham

Linden Homes, which has its head office in Peterborough, is currently building new homes in areas of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Nottinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.

This summer saw the company launch a number of exciting new developments in the Peterborough area,  Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire.

Earlier this year, it also announced regional land acquisitions worth £56 million – which will see new developments come on stream in Huntingdon, Stamford, Leicestershire and Bedfordshire in early 2014.

Sales director Chris Roads said: “We have had a fantastic year – and we are cautiously confident that this will continue into and throughout 2014. Being awarded the accolade of Large Housebuilder of the Year is a wonderful achievement that our staff and customers can be proud of.”
