All the Linden Homes properties at Vistry Group’s Blacksmith’s Green location in Ruddington have been sold within a year of the development’s launch.
Blacksmith’s Green includes a mix of 39 three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale alongside 17 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership, and occupies a 6.4-acre site south of Flawforth Lane in the village.
Construction started on site in 2021 and the first properties were released for sale in October last year. With all plots now sold, the final houses are due to be ready for their new owners to move into in late 2022.
Freya Halsall, marketing manager for Vistry Mercia, said: “Blacksmith’s Green has been incredibly popular, with all the properties sold here within a year.
“Buyers have been attracted to this very desirable location which combines village life with easy access to Nottingham city centre, just six miles away.

“For people who’ve missed out, we are providing more new homes in the area under both the Linden Homes and Bovis Homes brands in nearby Edwalton.”
Vistry is building new homes at Edwalton Fields, off Melton Road, Edwalton, which lies just over two miles away from Ruddington.
