Linden Homes' Business Briefing Draws On Local Support
DEVELOPER Linden Homes is building on its links with businesses in and around Leeds and Yorkshire, as part of its continuing expansion plans.
Leading professionals from the local property sector attended a business briefing in Leeds hosted by managing director Ian Hessay and Greg Locke, divisional managing director of Linden Homes - who explained the success of the North division was representative of the company’s growth nationwide.
A prize draw at the business briefing saw Ian Cartwright of Carter Jonas in Leeds being announced as the winner – and he was presented with his iPad by Ian at the estate agency offices last week.
Linden Homes has recently secured land ay Methley near Leeds for 12 executive three, four and five-bedroom homes, subject to planning permission.
