The homes were still to be built at Albury Place but we felt confident enough to buy off-plan and there were also other benefits involved. The garden room really appealed. Some people thought the lower level might be dark but there's a conservatory to let in loads of light, which will be lovely. Bramble, our Cocker Spaniel, is certainly in his element as there are some fabulous walks nearby and with Pentewan cycle trail practically on our doorstep, it is great for the three of us (Bramble runs alongside!) to take our bikes out for a safe ride."
