Award winning house builder Linden Homes North West, has officially launched the division’s first show home and marketing suite at New Brunswick, Manchester.
The stunning show home and marketing suite was officially opened at an exclusive event, which was attended by local Councillors and residents, as well as representatives from Linden Homes, the S4B consortium and Manchester City Council.
Guests where given a guided tour of the development’s highly anticipated four bedroom show home, which has been developed in the Medlock style. Split over three floors this contemporary home is ideal for modern life offering more privacy for a whole family.
New Brunswick has proved a highly popular location. 18 of the new homes are now complete with a further 83 of the 500 high quality new homes currently under construction. Since its official launch in December all properties have sold off plan, with the next phase set to be launched in early September 2015. The new phase will include 12 high quality four bedroom homes which are very likely to be reserved quickly.

New Brunswick forms part of the wider £100m regeneration programme for Brunswick, which is transforming the area in East Manchester. The programme combines the construction of high quality new homes with the refurbishment of existing council homes, new sheltered accommodation and a retail area which will provide shops and amenities, as well as a new neighbourhood office. The scheme will also deliver improved road layouts and enhanced open space.
The show home at New Brunswick is now open 10am – 5pm seven days a week.
