Waltham Wolves Cobras football team kick off the new season in a brand new kit sponsored by Linden Homes South, setting them up for a winning start. The sponsorship includes 18 kits for the team which include 16 outfield kits and two goalkeepers’ kits, whilst training will take place on Swanmore Technology College’s football pitch – a ground that Linden Homes developed for the school.
Neil Kerton is the Waltham Wolves manager and is relishing the prospect of the new season with Linden Homes on board.
“To see the team sporting the new kit is fantastic and a testament to their hard work. We would like to extend our thanks to Linden Homes for their generosity and hope the club can enjoy this relationship with them for many years to come.”
The Waltham Wolves Cobras are one of the top teams in Hampshire currently playing in the mid-Solent youth league and hold the title of A League Champions. The team still anticipate winning further titles as they are holding their place in two cup competitions.
The talented youngsters have been played against professional teams such as Portsmouth and Bournemouth FC, with a member of last year’s squad being signed to Portsmouth FC.
