LOVE was in the air at Linden Homes’ Stonebridge Park development during the Valentine season - with red ribbon cutting marking the opening of a stunning new show home.
Visitors to the village of Wilberfoss were able to see for themselves just what is on offer at the development, which will boast an intimate collection of 12 exclusive detached homes.
The varied property portfolio at Stonebridge Park – which has generated early interest among potential buyers – includes the fantastic four-bedroom Riplingham design (the current show home).
Complete with double garage, this is the perfect home in which to work, rest and play. A traditional two-storey style design with the modern family in mind, the ground floor boasts lounge and open plan kitchen / dining room as well as study. The four generous bedrooms and family bathroom are located on the first floor.
And among the many Valentine’s weekend visitors were Anthony and Bethany Hudson – first time buyers interested in purchasing at the development, where the Help to Buy incentive is available.
The couple – who are currently living in rented accommodation in York - were presented with a magnum of champagne after winning a free prize draw to celebrate the show home launch.
And in a double celebration – they have since gone on to reserve their dream home at the development and will be moving into their fabulous new home with their twin daughters in June.
Interest in Stonebridge Park has been rising since its official launch in the autumn, with home hunters having already snapped a number of first release homes from plan.The first homes are due for imminent completion.
The location makes it the ideal community retreat, while being close to the Cathedral city of York. A number of four-bedroom homes are currently available to reserve off plan.
