Linden Homes is holding a part exchange event at Orestone View in Goodrington on Saturday 11th October to help homebuyers who have a property to sell and where visitors will be able to obtain a part exchange offer for their existing home that same day.
Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Part exchange really takes the worry out of selling your existing home and we’re often asked how the scheme works so we’re holding an event so visitors can find out more and where independent financial advisors will be on hand to help.
“We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer that same day. Within 28 days from reservation you could be in a new home at Orestone View.”
Linden Homes is creating 100 contemporary homes at Orestone View in Goodrington, Paignton. Featuring a range of two bedroom coach houses, plus two, three and four bedroom homes in a traditional seaside setting, the development will be built to a high specification with views of the Ore Stone in the bay. There are three and four bedroom homes currently available.
Brian added: “Even if homebuyers don’t have a property to sell, we have other schemes, like Help to Buy, designed to help people raise that much needed deposit – come and visit us on Saturday to see how we can help.”
