Part Exchange Event At The Copse (August)

Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by hosting a part exchange event at The Copse development in East Ogwell on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th August.

Part exchange enables homeowners to buy a new home and sell their existing home in one, quick, hassle-free move; there’s no chain and the company will pay the estate agents fees.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “Moving home can be a stressful time in life, but part exchange is great as it really takes a lot of the worry out of selling your existing home. We’ll consider buying your home and will arrange for a valuation and then provide a part exchange offer within seven days.

“The event enables homebuyers to find out more about the scheme, view our gorgeous show home and enjoy some refreshments.”

The Copse is the last phase of Linden Homes’ successful Ogwell Brook development. There is a selection of three and four bedroom homes available.
