The latest industry survey has revealed that 9 out of 10 Linden Homes Midlands customers would recommend the developer to a friend – giving the regional developer a higher than national average.
With a head office based in Peterborough, and developments across the region, the award-winning house builder has seen a score of 94 percent in an independent customer survey of homeowners who would recommend their developer to a friend.
The impressive percentage ranks Linden Midlands as top in a list of 10 other house builders under the Galliford Try umbrella – as well as beating the national average.
According to the National New Homes Survey (the NHBC’s 2015 industry survey of homeowners) 86 percent of respondents said they would recommend their developer to a friend and 92 percent would buy a new home again.
In terms of the design of their new home, 92 percent of buyers were happy with the internal design, whilst 100 percent were happy with the design externally.
These figures show that developers continue to maintain their customer satisfaction to high levels since the survey began in 2005.
The report’s findings confirm the significant progress made in recent years by the industry to deliver exemplary levels of customer service.
This marks very welcoming news for Linden Homes in the Midlands region, which is continuing to expand. Linden Homes currently operates a popular incentive that rewards ‘ambassadors’ for recommending the company to new customers.
Under the Refer A Friend scheme, the purchaser and the person recommending will each receive a £500 voucher as a thank you.
The company is currently building in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire – with other development due to be launched later this summer / autumn.
