Whether you have an existing home to sell, are looking to move to a fantastic location or just need a little assistance in making the wish come true – Linden Homes can help.
A range of three and four-bedroom homes make up the popular Bluebell development in the bustling Nottinghamshire market town of Bingham.
The homes have been carefully designed to meet the growing demand of new homes customers and cater for a selection of needs and budgets, and a number of incentives are currently available.
New Buy: Requiring just a five per cent deposit, NewBuy is a government-backed scheme aimed at bridging the gap for people who have previously been unable to buy their first home or move house. Either those stepping onto the housing ladder or existing homeowners need just a five per cent deposit to secure a home up to £500,000. Linden Homes will work in partnership with major High Street lenders to secure a 90-95 per cent fixed rate mortgage. New homebuyers wishing to take advantage of the scheme will need to qualify for a mortgage with a mortgage lender – which Linden Homes can arrange.
Part Exchange: A popular scheme to help customers with an existing property to sell. Under the incentive, Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions. Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your buyer, freeing you up to reserve your new home. And after that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things and look forward to a chain –free move.
Assist: In a similar way to part exchange, this incentive offers practical assistance to those who have set their heart on a new home but are struggling to sell their existing property. By paying a reservation fee, you new home will be secured for a specified time whilst estate agents work to sell your existing home within a pre-agreed time scale. Should the home remain unsold at the end of the agreed time frame, the deposit is refunded or the selling period extended.
Step Up: Exclusive to Linden Homes, Step Up is an innovative new limited deposit scheme enabling buyers to borrow up to 95 per cent of the purchase price with a market-leading rate and secure a brand new Linden home. Requirements include a minimum deposit of five percent and a reservation fee of £500.
