We’ve won won two more national accolades – including Housebuilder of the Year – at the Ideal Home Show’s Blue Ribbon Awards.
The honours are a mark of excellence in the housebuilding industry and celebrate the best examples of design, innovation and development. As well as Housebuilder of the Year, Linden Homes also scooped Refurbishment of the Year.
They were announced at a ceremony on Wednesday March 20th at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre. Judges said Linden Homes was in the "Premier League".
The Housebuilder of the Year accolade is another addition to our crowded trophy cabinet. It follows us winning an identical title in 2012 at a separate industry awards ceremony sponsored by Building magazine, among many others.
Tom Nicholson, Linden Homes Divisional MD with responsibility for Group Special Projects, said: “We’re delighted and proud every time we win an award, but especially when they recognise our particular focus on delivering quality design through innovation and attention to detail.
“It’s a great start to Spring and gives us the encouragement not to rest on our laurels but to work even harder to continue exceeding customers’ expectations. After all, although awards are welcome, it’s the happy reactions of the buyers that really count.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £1.2 million to health care services in the UK since 2010.
The blocks we use to build your home are the most energy efficient available and 80% of material within the blocks is recycled material - this saves heat loss from our homes and thus reduces CO2 emissions.
