The town mayor of Burton Latimer was the VIP guest who helped our Midlands region launch a brand new development in Northamptonshire.
Councillor Ruth Groome cut the ribbon to mark the official launch of Centurion Grove in the town, joined by her consort Christopher Groome and Linden Homes Midlands’ sales staff, managers and directors.
Guests, visitors and prospective customers were also treated to the first glimpse around the stunning four-bedroom family Casterton show home.
The development will showcase a collection of 47 homes, offering a superb range of two, three and four-bedroom homes, in a location which will meet residents’ educational, leisure, recreational and other needs.
The first homes at Centurion Grove – which provides easy access to the A509 for commuting to Northampton – are due for completion this spring / summer.
