Talent: sales manager Sarah Procter with student Lucy Hubbard and textile teacher Vicki Vickers
Visitors were impressed with the talents on show at an exhibition we supported for design students from Hessle High School in East Yorkshire.
Around 100 pupils, studying for GCSE and Btec qualifications, displayed a variety of their course work at the Country Park Hessle. The pieces ranged from art and photography to product design and textiles.
Linden Homes North sales manager Sarah Procter, who attended the event, said: “We are delighted to once again support this initiative which provides a wonderful showcase for the very talented arts and design students we have in Hessle.
“The work on display during the evening was of an incredibly high standard, and it was a real treat to be able to share in the success of these students which we hope will go on to bigger and better things.”
Sue Walker, technician from the art and design department at the school, said: “We are again very grateful to Linden Homes, who have a well-known and respected presence in Hessle, for their generous support. The students were really proud to show off just what they have worked so hard at producing.”
