Six of our outstanding site managers have been awarded prizes for their care and dedication at work.
They won the accolades in the National House Building Council Pride in the Job Quality Awards. They will now go forward for the Seal of Excellence Awards for the top 130 site managers.
The winners were Ian Wade for his work at Century Gate, Kent; Ray Voisey for Pine Gardens, Devon; Kevin Bishop for Saxon Gardens, Cambridgeshire; Nick Robinson for Cygnet Mews, Lincoln; Craig Robson for Trinity Brook, Leicester; and Steve Green for Swallowhurst, Surrey.
The six were commended for their “meticulous and consistent attention to detail”, “quality of workmanship”, and “excellent leadership, technical expertise and robust health and safety processes” in addition to a “certain X-Factor”.
Andrew Richards, Linden Homes group managing director, said: “At Linden Homes we pride ourselves on the quality of our homes and the skill of our employees, and these awards reflect exactly that.
“Congratulations to all six winners, and, in particular, to Steve and Kevin who have won the award for the third and second time respectively.”
