Customers can see up close the range of energy efficiency measures in their homes thanks to a special display at our Milbury Reach development in Exminster, Devon.
As well as a tour of the beautiful show home, househunters can take a closer look in the innovative marketing suite at the green measures that will help cut their bills and reduce carbon emissions.
On display are samples of the boilers, the wall insulation, the type of bricks, different kitchen units, tile and floor samples and an example of the windows.
Dana Schell, senior sales executive at Milbury Reach, said: “Hearing or reading about how energy efficient a boiler is doesn’t always sound that interesting, but when you can actually visualise the boiler and get hands-on, it just brings it to life and certainly makes my life easier!
