Local companies are getting support to win new business with our South West region at a special networking roadshow in Penzance.

The event is the first of three intended to help the local economy by assisting subcontractors and enterprises to get involved with our developments around Cornwall and Devon.

The Queen’s Hotel will host the session on Wednesday August 19th, from 5pm-8pm.The next two will take place on Tuesday August 25th in Barnstaple and Monday September 21st in Plymouth.

Nigel Palmer, managing director of Linden Homes South West, said: “It’s fantastic that there is so much work in the pipeline and we’re keen to add some more good quality local subcontractors to our books to keep up with demand.

“It’s very important to us that we employ quality local tradespeople and we’re looking for companies of carpenters, plumbers, roofers, groundworkers etc to come along to the event to find out more.”

We have a number of current and coming-soon developments in the South West including Duporth, Grampound, Truro, Penryn, Camborne, Redruth, the South Hams, Paignton, Goodrington, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Kingsteignton, Exeter, Okehampton, Westward Ho! and Plymouth.
