We are currently undertaking meticulous restoration works at two sites in Epsom, ensuring the historic buildings are retained for the benefit of the community for years to come.
Noble Park’s Kipling building – a former Victorian hospital site – is being fully restored and converted into luxury apartments, known as Kipling Court. Built in the 1920s, the stately building incorporates classic Victorian features and has remained an iconic part of Epsom’s landscape – occupying a prominent place on the town’s outskirts.
At the nearby development, Moments at Parkviews, we have recently completed the restoration of a Victorian admin building on a former NHS site into a collection of luxury apartments now known as The Regency.
For each project, specialist teams of architects and tradespeople have worked to preserve the original character and integrity of the buildings, while guaranteeing they offer buyers a luxurious place to live. Careful restoration work has focused on the building’s façade, as well as ornate original features including the sash windows, decorative ceilings, and stone pillars to one building’s grand entrance.
Steve Bangs, managing director of Linden Homes South East, said: “The restoration of these buildings demonstrates our dedication to preserving local landmarks for future generations. Historic buildings such as these are an integral part of our local history, and as such Linden Homes wants to ensure they have a bright future.”
