Raising their game – and a new look – are the Stamford Ladies football team, following a donation of brand new kit from our Midlands region.
With a victorious league game under their belt, the players, managers and coaches are looking forward to a successful rest of the season in the Cambridgeshire S-Tech League (Women’s North).
The team, which is made up of players aged from 18 to 35, trains each Thursday evening in Empingham, and was recently presented with a fresh new strip.
Kerrie Ann Holden-Jones, who works as a buyer in our Peterborough office, is in her second season with the club.
She said: “The sponsorship of a new kit was massively needed this season, and we were hugely grateful for Linden Homes for their generous support.
“Everyone is delighted with the new kit, which we will keep for a minimum of two years and hope that it brings us luck on the pitch.”
All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.
Wherever possible we source our bricks from the UK.
