New neighbours had the chance to become new friends at a get-together organised by our Midlands region at one of its latest developments in Lincolnshire.

Customers of all ages – including the youngest just a few days old – were invited to a special event to get to know one another at Cygnet Place in Witham St Hughs.

Joining sales executives Lynda Price and Pauline Tilton in raising a glass to their new community were customers who ranging from first-time buyers, couples and young families to existing homeowners.

Bev Bray, area sales manager at Linden Homes Midlands, said: “We were thrilled that so many of our customers accepted our invitation to join us for a celebratory drink and refreshments to toast them and the success of Cygnet Place so far.

“We have enjoyed really great feedback from our satisfied customers, who have themselves formed the basis of a new community within the village itself.”
