We’re determined to do our bit to improve the reputation of builders and at one of our developments in Devon we’ve been given a national award for our efforts.
At our South West region’s Ogwell Brook site, the team has won a prize under the Considerate Constructors’ Scheme – an initiative whose members dedicate themselves to safe and clean operations that respect neighbours.
Senior site manager Robin Palmer has worked tirelessly with his assistant site manager, Mike Pugh, and the rest of the workforce team to ensure the development meets high standards.
Winning a national site award is an exceptional achievement, and recognises those sites that have made the greatest contribution towards improving the image of construction.
Linden Homes South West managing director Nigel Palmer said: “At Linden Homes we have always endeavoured to work in a considerate, clean and safe environment so it seemed logical to do this formally by joining the voluntary scheme.
“We are absolutely thrilled that we’ve won an award and that’s testament to Robin, Mike and the team’s hard work and commitment.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £30.7 million to highways, transport systems and infrastructure throughout the UK since 2010.
