Our North region won praise from Grimsby MP Austin Mitchell when he toured our popular Freshney Green development in the town.

Looking around the collection of new homes, accompanied by Linden Homes North managing director Ian Hessay and his team, Mr Mitchell said he was impressed with both the quality and the layout of the housing.

Mr Mitchell said Linden Homes had clearly made a big effort in regenerating the area, adding: “The site is almost unrecognisable now from how it was before the development.  Linden Homes has done a brilliant job in regenerating the area.”

During the tour of the site, Mr Hessay showed the Grimsby MP around the Linden Homes’ marketing suite and the show homes, and described the different styles of new properties available.

Mr Hessay said: “We were very pleased to welcome Mr Mitchell to Freshney Green and delighted his reaction was so positive. With all our developments we recognise how important it is to involve the community and its representatives.”
