Linden Homes is celebrating picking up a haul of trophies from the What House? Awards 2012 – including the prestigious title of Best Large Housebuilder of the Year.
The company was recognised by the judges in six categories for its top-rated developments across the country, adding to the collection of accolades it has already won during a highly successful year.
The prizes were picked up during a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on Friday November 16 in the What House? Awards’ 31st year.
As well as winning gold for Best Large Housebuilder of the Year, Linden Homes claimed silver for Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year and also Best Brownfield for its popular Evolve development in Plymouth.
And a bronze was in order for Linden Homes’ Tremorvah Heights development in Falmouth, this time in the Best House category.
Yet more praise also went to Linden Homes’ highly-acclaimed Kingston Mills riverside development in Bradford-on-Avon which attracted bronze awards in the Best Mixed Use and Best Renovation categories.
Kingston Mills recently also won the Best Regeneration Project at the Housebuilder Awards which followed victory too in the Mixed Use category of the prestigious Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2012.
They all come in the wake of Linden Homes picking up the Housebuilder of the Year title in the Building magazine awards in April.
Chief executive Greg Fitzgerald said: “This is another very encouraging result in a year that has seen our housebuilding efforts around the country repeatedly recognised by the judges.
“It’s thanks to the skill and dedication of our teams in every department of the company that we have achieved this. It sets us up to continue to strive for similar excellent results in 2013; picking up more awards and delighting customers.”
