Pride: we’ve been shortlisted for four prizes in the Housebuilder Awards 2013

We’ve been shortlisted for clutch of prestigious awards at the housebuilding industry’s Oscars night, including Sustainable Builder of the Year.

We’re jointly leading the field with nominations for four accolades in the Housebuilder Awards 2013. The results will be announced at a glittering ceremony on November 7th at the Tower Hotel, London.

As well as Sustainable Builder of the Year, we are up for Best Community Initiative for our outstanding local engagement.

Our St Nicholasgate development in Beverley, near Hull, is competing for Best Regeneration Project while the Linden Way programme could win Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative.
