We’ve been nominated for yet another housebuilding accolade – this time Large Developer of the Year at the national Resi Awards.

Organised by Property Week, the winners will be announced at a ceremony in Park Lane, London, on Wednesday May 13th.

The line-up will be judged on every aspect of performance from the number of units built to sales, finance, design, product range and build quality.

The announcement comes after we were also shortlisted for Housebuilder of the Year at the Building Awards 2015, which will be announced on April 22nd.

Linden Homes Group managing director Andrew Richards said: “We’re pleased to be recognised yet again by the industry with a shortlisting for another coveted award.

“The judging criteria reflect key areas of the business for the team especially in terms of regeneration of communities, design, range and build quality. We always aim to deliver excellence in all areas for our customers and remain focused on continuous improvement.”
