Sometimes a small donation goes a long way and our work in the community doesn't have to always be about large monetary donations.
Recently a local theatre group asked our North business unit for some help with their costumes for an upcoming performance and they were only too happy to oblige by providing a dozen hard hats, which will be used in the opening sequence.
Wolds Wonders is a musical theatre group for budding actors and singers with learning difficulties, who live in and around the Pocklington and Market Weighton area.
Martine Bantick – who is a resident at the Wilberforce Manor development – moved to Pocklington a year ago, and volunteers for the group.
She said: “When I moved to Pocklington I was keen to get involved with the local community. It is a great place to live – so much so that my daughter has purchased a house at Linden Homes’ neighbouring development The Balk.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £30.7 million to highways, transport systems and infrastructure throughout the UK since 2010.
All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.
