Our Western region is helping households lower both their carbon footprint and energy bills this winter with an array of energy-saving measures across its developments.
As the weather gets colder, concern over rising energy bills grows for UK households. However, many people don’t realise that new builds can cost up to 55 per cent less to heat than older properties.
With this in mind, our Western region is using building materials that provide great insulation – to ensure its new homes are warm in winter and cool in summer.
Sue Scholfield, at Linden Homes Western sales director, explained: “Modern building methods ensure that new homes are more energy efficient – resulting in lower bills.
“And, at Linden Homes, we use high levels of insulation, double glazing and energy efficient appliances to help control running costs for our homebuyers.”
Houses are packed with eco-friendly, energy efficiency measures to put residents mind’s at ease at developments such as Chantry Villas, Living @ The Bristol County Ground, Meadow Grove, Mendip Gate, Impact, Coed Y Brenin, Kingston Mills and Seventy Nine.
