We recently introduced ‘Go Green’ – a new scheme available on selected properties at developments across the city, including Waterside in Earlsfield. The scheme is designed to enable new purchasers to navigate their local area while getting fit and saving money at the same time. With a £500 contribution towards the purchase of a personal bike, the initiative also includes a three-year Oyster card and a two-year Zipcar membership to help cut your travel costs.
Claire Gibbins, Sales and Marketing Director at Linden Homes South East, said: “London is a fantastic city to live in and what better way to see it than by bike! With the weather warming up it’s great to get out and about and explore, and if you can exercise and help the environment at the same time, what’s not to love? And with the development being so close to the CS8 Cycle Superhighway, cycling into town has never been safer.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £9.7 million towards leisure, sport and other public facilities in the UK since 2010.
Linden Homes has contributed over £12.8 million towards outdoor open areas throughout the UK since 2010.
