Our South West region got funny for money on Friday March 15th when they got into the spirit of Red Nose Day.
The team swapped trowels and high visibility vests for rolling pins and aprons as they got out the recipe books and made cakes for a fundraising bake sale.
The look for the day in aid of Comic Relief was red clothes, hats and wigs, and everyone was decked out in their costumes as they tucked into the delicious homemade treats.
Red Nose Day nationally raised a record £75 million-plus to help communities in Africa and the UK by funding projects to transform people’s lives for the better.
Linden Homes South West managing director Nigel Palmer said: “Comic Relief is a great cause and it’s fantastic that everyone has got involved.
“We managed to raise £250 on Red Nose Day and have a good time in the process, which is what it’s all about.”
All of our floor joists are made in the UK using a carbon negative process and sustainably sourced timber.
Our insulation process includes blowing insulation into cavity walls, which means our homes are better insulated because there are less air gaps.
