Families at our zero carbon Graylingwell Park development in Chichester are gearing up to celebrate the summer!
This year’s fourth annual garden party will be on July 6th at Havenstoke Park, in the heart of the community, with free entry for visitors.
There will be a huge range of activities including Zumba dance, Crazy quads, a climbing wall, a bouncy castle and play village, as well as a rock choir performance and a dog show. Local radio station Spirit FM will be on location broadcasting live too.
The popular event is sponsored by the Graylingwell Park Partnership: Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency. It is organised by the Chichester Community Development Trust, Chichester District Council and the Chichester District Scout Groups.
Set within 85 acres of parkland, Graylingwell Park is the UK’s largest carbon-neutral development. Offering high quality, energy-efficient homes, with striking architectural design and contemporary interiors, it’s set in stunning landscaped surroundings.
Linden Homes Guildford sales director Natalie Flint said: “This will be the fourth year running we’ve held the summer party on Havenstoke Park – and each year it gets bigger and better. There’s so much for people of all ages to enjoy and this year we’ve even thrown in a bit of pampering for parents!”
