For the fourth year running our southern region has been praised with a gold award for its excellent safety performance.

The honour was from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), and goes to companies who have excelled in safety management in the workplace by minimising errors and controlling risk.

Linden Homes Southern managing director Matt Paine said the emphasis on health and safety at our building sites underpins everything the company does.

He added: “At Linden Homes we’re really proud of our renowned build quality and first class finish. We also have a truly excellent record of great customer service and a great reputation within the industry.

“But behind the scenes there is a tremendous amount of work that goes on to maintain our very exacting safety standards both on and off site – and to maintain those standards from year to year, so we’re as proud – if not prouder - to receive this fourth award as we were to receive the first.”

Construction director David Cole said: “It’s always good to know that while we are attempting to maintain impeccable safety standards, our efforts are being recognised by an organisation like RoSPA.”

Every piece of timber in your house is sustainably sourced timber. This means that new trees are planted to replace those cut down.

The blocks we use to build your home are the most energy efficient available and 80% of material within the blocks is recycled material - this saves heat loss from our homes and thus reduces CO2 emissions.
