We’re helping even more drivers to leave their cars at home by contributing towards a cycle path between two villages in Surrey.

Our Guildford region is delivering quality homes in Cranleigh and as part of that we are helping to invest in the local infrastructure; this time encouraging greener and healthier ways to travel.

The completed cycle path will go from our new development in Bookhurst Road towards Cranleigh village, along with a financial contribution towards a cycle path in the opposite direction to the neighbouring village of Ewhurst.

Linden Homes Guildford managing director Peter Youll said: “A cycle path linking these two beautiful villages is going to be a real benefit to regular riders as well as those who want an easy way of cutting reliance on their cars.

“Rural transport can be tricky so we’re very happy to be doing our bit to help. It demonstrates how we are determined to contribute to building sustainable communities as well as quality homes.”
