Workers at another two of our developments have been top-rated as “exceptionally considerate” by a national scheme encouraging builders to look out for the environment and neighbours.
Our south-east region is currently building quality new homes at Evolution Quarter, Orpington, and Noble Park, Epsom, which were awarded the status after a visit by monitors from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
Member companies of the industry initiative, including Linden Homes, pledge to lessen the impact of construction on the surrounding communities and environment by being respectful and accountable, and running tidy and safe sites.
As well as our two “exceptionally considerate” developments, two other sites in our south-east region were rated “very considerate”. All offer a superb collection of houses and apartments.
Linden Homes South East managing director Steve Bangs said: “Trying to reduce our impact on the environment and neighbourhood is integral to how we set about building our quality new homes, so I’m delighted at these latest scores which we’ll be striving to sustain.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £12.8 million towards outdoor open areas throughout the UK since 2010.
Wherever possible the appliances fitted in our homes are ‘A Rated’ or higher for energy performance.
