One of our superb developments has picked up its second major accolade for reviving a riverside site in Bradford-on-Avon, in Wiltshire.
Kingston Mills won the title of Best Regeneration Project at the glittering Housebuilder Awards held at the Tower Hotel, London, after seeing off tough competition from eight other contenders on the shortlist.
The centrally located collection of homes, shops, cafes and public open space protects a precious Grade I listed building and has brought life back to the beautiful River Avon where it winds through the town.
The development being delivered by our Western region also recently won the Mixed Use category in the prestigious Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2012, adding to Linden Homes’ Housebuilder of the Year title in the Building magazine awards in June.
Greg Locke, Linden Homes divisional managing director, said: “This is fantastic recognition for our entire team and for the hard work carried out on this development.”
All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.
Linden Homes has won awards for Best Sustainable Developer four years in a row.
