Progress: (l-r) Nigel Palmer, George Eustice MP, site manager Geraint Piper and Bill Cawse

George Eustice MP hailed the “great progress” being made at our South West region’s Home @ Heartlands development in his Redruth constituency.

He highlighted the “much needed and quality housing” being built when he visited the site to meet Linden Homes South West managing director Nigel Palmer, development director Bill Cawse and the construction team.

The popular development, located in Redruth next to Cornwall's historic mining centre, is a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments, plus two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Mr Eustice said: “I was really pleased to be able to visit Linden Homes’ new development site at Home @ Heartlands and to have a catch up with those involved.

“Great progress is being made that will deliver much needed and quality housing in our area and I look forward to seeing its completion.”

Mr Palmer added: “We are delighted that Mr Eustice was able to take time out of his busy schedule to come and visit the Home @ Heartlands site, which is being built to Code for Sustainable Homes level 4.”

“We are extremely proud of this development and welcome the views and feedback of members of parliament in and around the areas we work.”
