Developer’s Fun Day Showcases New Family Homes In Dunstable

Civic dignitaries, members of the business community and local families enjoyed a weekend of fun and house hunting at Dunstable’s latest new homes development.

Linden Homes Midlands threw the doors of its Buckwood Leys development in Houghton Regis open to visitors during a viewing weekend with a difference.

As well as allowing home buyers to see just what the development has to offer in terms of choice and design, representatives from the business community were able to share in Linden Homes’ vision and investment into providing local housing.

Guests enjoyed refreshments, as well as a host of activities and attractions organised by the developer; including music, face painting, party games and bouncy castle.

The development close to Thorn Road, offers a mix of three and four-bedroom homes in a range of designs, with 26 planned for the first phase of the development.

Early interest in the development has already led to several off-plan reservations, where buyers have reaped the benefits of picking their preferred plot from the drawing board.
