With just one month to go, the countdown has officially begun for South Devon’s most talked about event – the Colour Road Rush!

We’ve joined with our parent company, Galliford Try, to invite local people to take part in a one-off three-kilometre paint run on the brand new South Devon Link Road, to raise much-needed funds for Rowcroft Hospice.

Entrants will be able to walk or run on a section of the new dual carriageway on Saturday August 1st, while being blasted with washable paint at designated paint stations,.

The non-competitive event is open to everyone aged 13 and over but, with just 1,000 spaces available, anyone interested in taking part is encouraged to register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Nigel Palmer, managing director for Linden Homes South West, said: “We contribute a huge amount to the area, in terms of homes and infrastructure, and we’re delighted to be celebrating the work in such a colourful way – raising much needed funds for a very worthwhile charity.”
