Middle Deepdale - A new town in Scarborough

Middle Deepdale is an exciting new town that will attract homebuyers from all over. The total development area is around 165 acres in size, and our 103 plots will take over part of this space. As well as our homes, there will also be a primary school, extra community facilities, shops and a new link road between the A64 and the A165. The development of Middle Deepdale is an important addition to the continued growth of Scarborough, and our homes will help create a more diverse mix of housing, which is needed for this part of the north.

Of course, the new link road will also be a hugely convenient addition to the local area, as those choosing to live in Middle Deepdale and the surrounding area will be able to get around easily. Whether it’s for school, college or work, driving or taking the bus will be a more pleasant experience.

Linden Homes are proud to be a part of such an anticipated new town, and we know that our homes will be highly sought after.
