New Eltham: A town in the leafy suburbs of Greenwich

And for green, outdoor space, Church House Gardens is where you can either enjoy a stroll by the lake, a game of tennis with friends or sunbathing in the summer sun.

Anyone who enjoys motorsport will only be a short distance from the Brands Hatch circuit.
