Our houses for sale in Fair Oak are ideally positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, for you to enjoy everything this large village on the outskirts of Eastleigh has to offer. Plus, it’s just seven miles to the bustling, lively city of Southampton.

There’s a wide choice of Ofsted rated primary, secondary and sixth form schools in and around Fair Oak, as well as an independent school pretty much next door to our Limewood Grange development.

Just to the north of the village, you’ll find Stoke Park Wood. A beautiful area covering 510 acres and perfect for walking with family and friends. After which, you could head back to the village and enjoy a well-earned drink in one of the pubs located in Fair Oak including: The Old George, The Cricketers, The New Clock Inn, and The Fox and Hounds.

Sports fans will be more than at home in Fair Oak too. It’s the location for one of Hampshire’s biggest cricket clubs with four senior sides and a variety of younger age groups. Transport & Travel

For train travel from Limewood Grange, both Hedge End and Eastleigh train stations are about 3 miles away. The mainline station of Eastleigh gives you great access to surrounding cities and towns like Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester and Bournemouth, as well as London Waterloo with a journey time of about 1hr 20m.
