Perranporth: The taste of Cornwall on your doorstep

The simple access to the beach makes our houses for sale in Perranporth truly spectacular - and what a beach it is. Boasting 3 miles of golden sand and a popular surfing location, this is Cornish coastal living at its finest.

Perranporth has many quality and recommended restaurants, serving local food in wonderful and coastal surroundings. Dine on the beach after sunset at the famous Watering Hole, the UK’s only bar on the beach, or enjoy a glass of wine on the sand while you take in the sensational surroundings. Or just seconds from the beach, visit the Willow café bistro and restaurant for local cuisine to satisfy your hunger after a busy day. If you fancy a sweet treat, then head on down to the many dessert parlours such as the Perran Dairy Ice Cream Parlour to experience true coastal living.

Adding to the idyllic beach vibe is Tunes in the Dunes - three days of live music on Perranporth beach, held annually in June. Likewise, another great way to absorb the stunning views of the coastline is a round of golf at Perranporth Golf Club. Offering some of the finest links golf in the South West of England and with the extensive golden sands below, the views are worthy of the excellent value green fee. Our Perranporth development also benefits from close proximity to a range of shops and amenities to make everyday living simple.

For all members of the family Newquay Zoo is also a popular choice. Located just a short walk from the centre of Newquay, there are more than 130 species of mammals and birds to discover in over 5 hectares of space. Once you have seen the big cats, penguins, zebras and everything else in-between, the zoo also has some beautiful sub-tropical gardens to explore, as well as an oriental garden and a Cornish dragon maze.
