Getting to know Binfield

Binfield a picturesque, rural village location with excellent road and rail links

It’s rare to find a place like Binfield. Close to excellent road and rail links, it still retains the quaint feel of a rural village, whilst still having great transport links at hand. But beyond the attractive surface, Binfield is a thriving community, with a good selection of shops and amenities at its heart. There’s a popular primary school, a modern library, several pubs, a post office, bakery, chemist, surgery, local shop and George’s, the village coffee house. Binfield is a village with a fascinating history, with both Henry VIII and Elizabeth I reportedly using The Stag & Hounds pub as a hunting lodge and the All Saints Church has stood here since the 7th century.

Beyond the history of the village, Binfield offers numerous walks crisscrossing the surrounding countryside and woodland, as well as a number of green open spaces and parks within its boundaries. However, if you would rather watch sporting activities, Binfield has its own football and cricket clubs, both within easy reach of Blue Mountain.

You agree only to confirm agreement of sale with a purchaser who can achieve an exchange within 35 days and who has been financially qualified to proceed with the purchase of your current home. On the simultaneous legal completion of the sale of your current home and the purchase of your new Linden home, we will pay the estate agents fees. Please note your buyer could cancel prior to legal exchange of contracts for the sale of your current home. In this instance, Linden Homes retains the right to cancel the purchase of your chosen home and retain the agreed proportion of the reservation fee in accordance with your reservation agreement.
